Magie & Filip
	Filip and I met on the first day of grade 9. It all began when I walked into my English class and we glanced at each other. As we recall years later, we both thought to ourselves that this was going to be quite an interesting semester. There were many secret glances and embarrassed smiles as we both caught each other staring at the other. And then there was the time when I was sick and called him asking if he wouldn't mind dropping off the English homework. When he came by I had on my best outfit and so much make-up that he asked if I was going to a party. The rest is history. We became best of friends and it wasn't until our final high school year that we hooked up. Through our University years we grew together and supported each other through many highs and lows. The obstacles that life presented us with strengthened our bond and made us realize that our love can conquer all. On April 18, a day before Filip's birthday he proposed. He got into my parents' house when they were not home and lit up 100 candles which stretched from the hallway to the living room. When I came home he led me down the path and we stood in a heart formed by the candles. He went down on his knee and asked me to be his forever. It was one of the happiest days of my life! We have chosen August 7, 2010 as our perfect day to celebrate our love with friends and family. We are having a blast planning our special day. Are we Mississauga's perfect couple? We have resided in Mississauga for more than half of our lives and are currently working in the city as well. I am a teacher at a Mississauga high school and Filip works in Logistics. We are planning to stay in this city and one day raise a family here. We definitely think we're perfect for each other. And the little imperfections that we have just make it a bit more interesting. Our friends definitely think that we're the perfect couple, as they've been expecting wedding invitations for at least 5 years. So, are we Mississauga's perfect couple? We'll let you decide. What we know is that Mississauga is perfect for us.
